the italian girls who stayed there at the same time, free internet access, nice bar (wish the bar lady could speak english or smile though)
useless staff did not help with anything at all, no scanner/printer/fax to use for anyone there on business, pathetic breakfast, no sound isolation - extremely noisy, unreasonably expensive for such a low budget hotel in eastern europe so far away from the city in the middle of a communist area and without any luxuries, not an attractive location, no direct shuttle to the airport, insanely expensive parking (7 euros per night), a tram stop is too far to carry your bags and a taxi to the city will cost nearly 20 euros each way. even Etap hotels in France have better facilities for a lower price, along with free secure parking. save your time and money, rent something closer to the city.

It was great to have friendly staff at the reception. Also the parking accessible 24/7 but secured with a fence was very practical. Location from city center is perfectly doable, but takes 25min by tram.
Minus: Internet only in tyhe lobby/reception. Breakfast a little meager.

Small price, good location for travelling by car around Czech and Europe.
Very low noise reduction between rooms and the hall. We have heard everything from neighbours and hall :(

This hotel in Prague offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although outside the city center, is easily accessible by tram, making it convenient for exploring the town center. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and clean, while some even offer a nice view of the surroundings.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Internet only available in Lobby. Was not allowed to sit in bar area to use internet as I did not want to buy a drink. Area available was poorly lit & allowed smoking. Staff upon arrival not very friendly. Arrived at 8:30 PM. Restaurant was closed & closed restaurant quite a far walk away.

Appreciated this budget hotel: good food and very amiable staff. All the services were excellent, the room was a nice size with Balcony. The breakfast was very good, the check in was early. The location was nice and ideal - really close to uber or public transport. Local fast food option Zen was 10 minutes walk away: )

I stayed at a great hotel near Prague with a perfect location and friendly staff. The room was clean and provided great value for the money. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and there were shopping options nearby.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with fresher food options.

That we only booked two nights.
Smoke, smoke, smoke. Even though we were in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, we couldn't escape the odor. Some floors were smoking floors below ours, the top floor. The hotel lobby and lounge were also public smoking spaces.

the breakfast was very nice, staff were helpful, and the room was nice and large, thankyou!
yes! as you come in to the entrance and near the reception to book in many people smoking! at times! and also your staff were coughing from the smoke! and the smoke could go upwards of where the breakfast is served and people can breath this in! some people had the right idea of smoking outside1 which i think is more appropiate! my lady and myself this is the only complaint.,but a pleasant stay!

The room was warm, sunny, spacious and quiet. The beds were not made (i.e. no daily fighting with the sheets was necessary to liberate the blankets!)
The same food every morning (with a single kind of hot food). Food that ran out at the breakfast table was not replenished. No cleaning of the bathtub and wash basin. The shower curtain was unacceptable. The male vendor at the hotel shop didn't speak English and wasn't helpful either.
